The magazine claims that a whopping 86 percent of Rose City residents get regular exercise. To measure something seemingly so unmeasureable, Men’s Fitness used a 15-point formula, taking into account such things as conventional fitness, plus airquality, pedestrian and bike friendliness, obesity rates, general well being,and other factors.
